What happened to my morrowind access?

So I bought two pre owned copies of morrowind which I heard the base game now included morrowind so I figured I'd still get it, when I started playing I had morrowind in zone dlc and I could go to vvardenfell. When I decided I wanted summerset I bought two more hard copies (for me and my wife and because they had a sale on hard copies) and used the codes, now I can play in summerset but morrowind now says it's not collected and I cannot travel there..am I missing something?

    Well.... pre-owned copies of games don't generally come with codes still usable, do they? Though if you were logging into MW.... I don't know then.

    ESO+ gives you all the DLCs as long as you keep subscribed. It's $15 US a month, which isn't a big deal for me, but might be for you. That doesn't include Wolfhunter IIRC - not that I'd buy or play it anyway.

    ESO+ doesn't include only last chapter, Summerset. It includes all DLC.

    Houses: Erstwhile Sanctuary as actual Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary, Hunter's Glade as werewolf tavern (downstairs), Strident Springs Demesne as adventurer's house.
    Wishlist: Willowpond Haven, attunable stations (have 30/80 sets collected), molten war torte and white gold war torte recipes.

    Eh - chapter.... Forgot there was a difference. However, I have ESO+, and unless I pay for Wolfhunter, I don't have access to it. Not that I want it.

    You're supposed to have access to it. Are you sure you can't access the new dungeons?

    Oh.... well.... I don't do dungeons. But I can't go to the new area - at least, there's no wayshrine available. I don't actually know if I can go to the dungeons - never occurred to me to check. If you had my lag you wouldn't try to go to dungeons either!

    Er.... but what would I do when I got there? Probably.... die instantly.... serious. My lag is actually mostly about 2 seconds. So porting into a dungeon would just be totally bad juju. Even for the hat....

    And that begs the question of how I actually access the new zone. I have no idea. Sometimes it's best to just admit you're so new you have no clue! And I do think the Wolfhunter DLC is not greyed out on the crown store the way the others are.

    @vaxscx did you create a new account to put summerset on? Do you have same characters as before?

    You might have missed some important information from an old patch note where @ZOS_GinaBruno said that “Battlegrounds” and “Morrowind” (primarily just morrowind in general) were being changed from a chapter to a DLC as part of a movement to adding them into the base game, so really, you may have to buy Morrowind with crowns on those hard copies if needed, or you may need to procure them digitally.

    Maybe somebody else will be able to clarify this scenario better as I may not be able to help further at this point.

    If a game does not respect your time, best thing to do is move on from it and find something else.

    Existing account not a new one and I made a new character..it was a pre owned copy of morrowind so basically without the code it was just the base game..but I had access to vvardenfell and when I used the summerset code on the physical summerset copy I'm using now I lost morrowind

    Also Wolfhunter does not have a new area
    Just two new dungeons
    When you enter one you are not immediately faced with enemies so you can go collect your hat and leave

    Open up a ticket. They should be able to track your purchase history or your orders, and see that you should have access to both.

    It depends on the timing, you may have had access to Morrowind during the recent free trial which ended on the 15th, I believe.

    As for asking ZOS for assistance, if they see that you're using pre-owned copies they may lock them, especially if they had previously been activated and you're running the original owners' accounts.

    Wolfhunter only includes 2 new dungeons, no new zone. And you can teleport in there for the hat, without fear of getting instantly killed. There are no enemies in the entrance area ;)

    There is a new zone map in game, but that one is for the prologue quests for the Murkmire DLC, which are not released, yet. That's why can't access it.
