Precursor target dummy quest bug

Okay so today I did the quest to collect all the precursor target dummy parts. It was going fine until I got to the last 3 parts, which for me was
1)Dynamo Core in Bthzark
2)Integral of Introspection in clockwork city
3) Integral of Reason in clockwork city
The problem was the part not showing up in their location spot. No object, no sparkle, nothing to interact with. This caused me to scratch my head for 10 minutes wondering what the hell was going on. I fixed the problem by logging out, then logging back in (the old turn it off and on again trick)
I'm not sure if it is lag, or some kind of bug, but thought i'd report it here. Re logging fixed it every time. It's just very annoying though.

I experienced this on 2 different characters just in the time since last patch. Within the last 1 week. The exact same 3 pieces you mention on 1 character did not show until i rellogged. For the next character it was only the overland clockwork zone piece. The other 11 Precursors i farmed some months back were all fineVictory or Valhalla!
