    Best part so far? I got a response to my ticket. It was a canned "we're ZOS customer support and we don't read jack" response, which I expected. In fact, it was nothing more than a copypasta of this support FAQ. A FAQ article which I happened to have linked to in my support ticket when I was describing what I had done. I mean, we all know that the first line support personnel don't ever (for some unknown, time-and-presumably-money-wasting reason) read tickets beyond, well, the subject line/title, pretty much, but seriously.

    I'm thinking I might start giving my tickets weird, clickbaity titles, just so they have to read them to figure out what my issue is. It might not help, but at least it will make me feel better, and I mean, it's not like my carefully crafted attempts to make their jobs as easy and clear-cut as possible are doing me any good whatsoever, since I always have to restate myself 1-3 more times, anyway.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom Would you guys go over to the first-line customer support staff and give them all basic reading and comprehension lessons? Please? Also, could you tell us what you pay them, because unless it's really a bad wage, if all I have to do is C&P your support FAQ to fulfill the job requirements...have any openings?

    Yeah, I've done the ZOS support ringaround more than once. I've already replied. I just hate the the auto-reply (It's like getting a voice tree in a CS telephone call) wastes so much time, since CS always takes at least a day or so to get back to players.

    Greetings!
    On Friday at 12:00PM EDT, players were able to watch QuakeCon 2018’s keynote address live on Twitch to receive an exclusive ESO pet and Twitch Drops. The show began at 12:00PM EDT on Friday, August 10 and was streamed on Bethesda’s official Twitch, Mixer, and YouTube channels. Note that you could only earn these rewards by watching on Twitch:

    Flame Atronach Wolf pet
    5 Ouroboros Crown Crates

    To link your ESO account to Twitch, follow the instructions in this help article. Note that you are only able to link PC/Mac game accounts. The Ouroboros Crown Crates and Flame Atronach Wolf pet will be delivered to your ESO PC/Mac account by Friday, August 17.

    If you are on console, don’t worry, you could acquire the pet AND Crown Crates by simply logging into the game and killing one enemy monster in the hour after the Keynote stream (between 1:00PM EDT and 2:00PM EDT).Console rewards will be delivered on August 28.

    Yesterday was the last day to get those good delivered to our account. I made a Twitch account and linked it to my Eso acount and was watching the QuakeCon on Friday at 12:00PM EDT on the account i mentioned before. Therefore I'm eligible for the rewards.

    A quick search on the forum confirmed that i'm not the only one that failled to recieve the reward they were supposed to get.

    I hope you will be able to fix it, thank you

    Gotta love their caring and loving consumer support that realy go out of their way to help you.

    Yeah, I somehow don't think I'll be getting my crates or pet. They sent me a copy/paste of the event as a response so I replied and explained to them that I used Twitch and everything is linked.

    Lovely. Looks like a lot of people are having issues. Time to send a ticket :p

    Hopefully something is done. I know all my stuff is linked correctly, since everything was fine for the E3 giveaway. If I watched that stream for nothing, I'll be a very unhappy Khajiit.

    Yeah, we all got the same response as @Lachrimosis, just seems to be an auto response. Not impressed so far... However, I just want to state that Gina saw my question about this on the livestream last night an assured people to submit tickets as they had noticed these posts.

    For those who didn't get the pet and crates after watching the stream, a quick question that may save a lot of Support circles (though not make you happy): Did you make sure before watching that your ESO and Twitch accounts were linked, per the instructions in the announcement? I'm assuming yes, of course you did, but on the off chance that you didn't get them due to not linking that may cut to the chase.

    I did a ticket, and we're now in round two. Round two reply was that I have to wait for round three, while a special team reviews my ticket.

    JFC I hate how long it takes ZOS customer service to look at things. They always take care of it in the end (I don't submit frivolous tickets - almost entirely for Crown Store gift purchases before they added gifting buttons to the Crown Store interface), but it takes a stupid amount of back-and-forth that could easily be lessened to one interaction if they just assigned a person or six to read the darn things.
