Hi everyone,
I recently "found" a place thanks to a conversation with an NPC you can find in Crops (creepy dude stalking someone). He tells you to go to this place down the road, where you'll find a big road. I did, and indeed, you can find this place, but it is inaccessible. Is this a bug? Do I require a quest to access? Or has it never been accessible, just a door that never opened or will open?
I have pictures, but unfortunately I cannot seem to paste them in this forum

I looked online, apparently the cave was accessible and part of a quest in Oblivion, but there is indeed no quest in ESO (only one to kill goblins nearby).0
