Abilities delay after patch

Ever since the update I am experiencing delay, lag in abilities execution. I would press a key for a skill and it takes noticeable amount of milliseconds to execute. It is very noticeable when weaving attacks: skills will delay or won't execute at all sometimes. I thought it was the usual evening lag, but logged in today morning and it's still there.
