Should they make DLC vet dungeons a separate queue from regular vet dungeons?

I pay for access; it is not unreasonable I select if I am placed in the pool with these dungeons.

Newer dlc dungeon are very pug-unfriendly, especially if you want to do hardmode. They're not really comparable to vanilla vet dungeons so I think it would be fair to make a separate queue for them. Maybe with additional daily reward, so you can get one reward from random vet and an extra one from random dlc, so they wont be completely avoided.

Personally I don't think there's a need. They have level limitions for random queue. You don't get any dlcs till lvl 45 or cp 300 for vet.

On one side, why pug for random vet if you don't have an decent chance of doing them all?
Its not like you have much chance of HM after all.

On the other hand not including them would make more run random vet rather than random normal and you really don't want some who is just in for an fast random in an vet dlc pug,

Stopped running randoms after I reached cp cap, remember it was the obvious benefit.

Because when I'm doing my random daily vet I don't want to get stuck with the pain in the ass known as a DLC dungeon, simple as that

ESO+ members should not be "punished" by being forced to play dlc vet dungeons.

As I mainly tank I can pull a pug through just about anything in normals or non dlc vets. DLC even on normals, no chance. If I get one as my random daily im dropping group. Even if the group are capable, they take 3 times as long.

Not to mention the fact that as a tank, 50% of the time I get a dlc dungeon, there’s a blue portal, so I know something has already gone wrong.

I would point out that people can remove them from the pool of random dungeons. But, that means unsubbing. It’s crazy that best way to avoid them involves giving ZoS less money!!!!

That is the main issue I think.
I don't use group finder, but those random daily rewards give a lot of exp, which is pretty nice for leveling chars and farming champion points. It's not fair that ESO+ member have lower chances to get those rewards because of dlc dungeons, and even in the best case scenario those dungeons take longer to complete.

The random normal gives as much as much bonus XP as the random veteran one. I usually do random normal if I do one at all; you blast through it, get the reward, can then play the stuff you want.

I would say we need a separation by "tiers". Putting WGT with vFL in the same category is also not appropriate, and in future we might have even harder dungeons (can't tell the difficulty of the Wolfhunter dungeons, haven't done them yet), and this kind of system would allow the devs to increase difficulty without stepping on anyone's toes.

The same actually applies to the non-DLC dungeons. vCoA2 is in a different league from vFG1.

An alternative solution would be to allow people to enable and disable the DLCs individually without dropping the sub.
