Swamp Raider not Proccing

Simply put, there is no longer any indication that swamp raider is even proccing. It says it is a constant buff to poison damage, but how do you even test that? Personally, I had no issue with it proccing on magic damage.

It doesn't need to "proc" anymore - it's constant. If you want to test it, swap out the 5th piece for a 1pc of some other set that you're not currently wearing. (But otherwise identical: same weight, trait, enchant, quality, etc.) If you do that, poison/disease damage should drop while other damage remains the same.

very interesting set now...trying to figure out what skills and other sets it will pair well with...

Did it used to give an indication for proc?

Yes, it would cover your hands in a green star-burst glow and the icon that showed up on your buff was the decaying skull in a green background. You don't get any of that anymore. Also, I have no way of testing it right now since all of my gear was golded out and I don't want to waste valuable gold and resources. As a DK; Hardened Armor, Eruption, and Flames of Oblivion were my method for proccing it.

Gear that boosts spell or weapon damage passively never give an icon for it, and that also goes for effects that only boost only one or two weapon types. You don't get an icon for War Maiden, Silks of the Sun or Netch Touch either.

Before the patch I used to use this on my Poison Knight, proccing off Stone Giant, but it's much too good for her now. I've put it on my Lethal Arrow bow ganker instead. I'm sure you'll all be happy to hear that it's increased his alpha strike damage by a noticeable amount

Always bear in mind Morag Tong is one of those few sets whose benefit extends to others, in this case others who are using poison abilities, so it's great for pvp and trials.
