A question to overland EXP farmers

Let's say you were farming in a overland spot for, oh 2 or so hours, all alone, then somebody comes by and starts following you around or possibly worse, not following you and attacking mons out of 'order'. What is your usual reaction?
Please note that I voted for 'add them to group' so don't murder me assuming the worst.

    Someone very wise once told me, "always assume good intentions, even when the results are bad". Instead of assuming someone is trolling me or being a jerk (not that this isn't a possibility), I just assume it's a new player who doesn't understand the farming mechanic and just wants to be able to kill something while someone else is around to lend some help. I'll either humor them, or move on to a new location and let them continue happily blundering around like we all did when we were new.

    I only 'powerlevel' with a friend, so a third would just slow us down.

    Usually it means grouping mobs together and killing them all in a ball, going in a rotation so they all respawn in a row
