I’m new to the game and don’t quite understand champion points - Is there a max number of champion points per account no matter the number of toons? (total point would be divided between all the toons up to the max for the account) or are the champion points based of the individual toon? (each toon can use the maximum amount of champion).
Lastly, if someone decided to purchase vampirism or licantropo can that be used on any and all toons or do you have to purchase it per toon.

All characters can use all champion points you have, right from the start, even before level 50. So if you have 423 CP, all your characters have 423 CP each to put in as you see fit.

Vampire and werewolf is not accountwide, it is per character.

• The theoretical 'max' CP you can get is 3600, however currently (as of this patch) the maximum you can use is 780. This increases by 30 each DLC/Chapter
• Yes CP is account wide, as soon as a toon hits level 50 they will shoot up to your account CP (e.g. all my LV50+ toons are CP650)
• Don't purchase these from the crown store as it's 1500 crowns per character. You can just ask in guild or even zone, people are more than happy to give these away for free

Firstly welcome to the game, have fun.

There is a cap of 3600 Champion points which are enabled for all characters you have on one account, but you have to be at level 50 to accrue more.

There is a cap of 780 champion points, they go up every patch by 30, you can use end game gear at cp 160 and all experience gained after level 50 will net more champion points

Vampirism or Wolfy is only on that toon not universal.

Once your first character reaches level 50 they start to acquire Champion Points. These points are account wide and can be used by all toons. However, only toons over level 50 can earn Champion Points.

160CP is currently the 'gear cap' and 780 is the 'CP cap'. I suggest getting to at least 160cp and farming gear before starting any new toons.

Please DO NOT spend hard earned cash on Vampirism/Lycanthropy. It is easy to get a free bite by joining a guild or simply asking in zone chat.

The max of 3600, referenced above as theoretical and enabled, is the actual absolute max that the CP system can handle as currently designed, IF ZOS permitted you to put the max of 100 into each and every one of the 36 stars in the CP system without any limit. That's where the number 3600 comes from. However, they have chosen to cap the actual usable portion of that 3600. That amount that they unlocked will be the max number of CP that you are permitted to use in-game, and that artificial in-game cap is the one that they just raised from 750 to 780 today.

Now, as far as using CP among the multiple characters that you have on an account, perhaps think of it as a palette with 780 colors, or a 780 word vocabulary for your account. Once any one of your characters reaches level 50, then you start earning CP for your account, and each of your characters then has full access to the entire number of uncapped CP points as you earn them on your account, to use as you see fit on each character, whether the characters are level 50 or not. However, the only ones that can earn more CP for your account, are the ones that have reached 50.

This CP system replaced a previous Veteran system a while back, and to my knowledge the lowest it was capped at was 570. They've since raised it 30 points at a time (10 in each of the 3 constellations) and it appears that they generally raise it at each major update. That's not to say that it's the official procedure, but it's the pattern that they've followed for a while now.

I actually stumbled on the blood fiend the other day after looking for them off and on, but now Vorunil is kicking my butt. I’ve been looking around Evermore, but no luck yet.
So the plus is I’m infected just need to find Vorunil.
