Vampire getting a re-vamp with some new skills so that the active skills are a bit less useless? Currently vampire is only good for its passives and while its passives are super good, it would be nice to have some neat vampiric powers as well. Like maybe some kind of telepathic force grip (DoT) a la Skyrim Vampire Lord or something.

I'd even be okay with a nerf to the passives (5% magicka and 5% stam, or 10% magicka and no stam maybe?) if we got some good stuff :)

    Batswarm and mistform needs some buffing. As it is now, duration is too short and the ulti needs to do a bit more damage.
    And a toggle to hide stage 2/3/4 uglyness would be nice to have.

    I think Vampirism is supposed to be passive and utility based, while Werewolf is supposed to be more active and engaging.
    I would love to see Vampirism being changed in a way, yet I am not sure how. Because Vampire has some very strong things going for it and by far the strongest passive in the game, Undeath.

    Mistform is pretty good. Vampire drain is situational for certain builds, but in said builds, strong.
    And Mistform is usually immortality for its duration.

    You must not be triggered because I dare say something positive about vampirism. It just can't be denied, that Vampirism is all about utility and passive strenght, rather than brute force. If that bothers you, then you must not become one. There is a reason why everyone is a vampire. Because you must not dedicate yourself to it like you do with Werewolf and still you benefit.

    Don't take away my vampire drain. It works great for keeping my vampires alive. The skills can use some buffs but I'm pretty happy with it. What I want is a vampire DLC. That would be extremely cool.

    I disagree with "toggle:on/off" option for Vamp appearance. I would push their ugly appearance even more.
    Maybe they could add something like Vampire Lord form from Skyrim: Dawnguard. Would be Ultimate only usable when max vamp and that would empower their current abilities.

    just mist alone is worth being a vampire + speed on stealth as nb is a must have but I would drop resto ult/Temporal Guard for my good old invisibats </3 :'(:'(

    Agreed! But I want it to be a ZONE and NOT a dungeon! Open up a new area of Rivenspire and bring back Verandis Ravenwatch! And then please, for the love of the Divines and Daedra, REVAMP VAMPS!

    Give us the gap closer that literally every NPC vampire in the game already has!
    Give us a selection of DIFFERENT vampire skins INCLUDING one that REMOVES the vampire appearance entirely!

    Vampire in its current state is awful and only used by builds that have literally zero movement, i.e. magplars and magDKs (wings change removes need for vamp). the 25% extra dmg means siege destroys you and any magDK you fight becomes a god. Along with destro light attacks hitting 25% harder which already got buffed like crazy in summerset. Vampire needs some more passives or active abilities, and there needs to be a better way to counter vampires fire weakness, resist glyphs do like 3% or something stupidly low.

    Exactly, a zone. I don't run dungeons so I don't ever take advantage of the dungeon DLC.

    I kinda agree with Dracane about character of vampires but maybe we could see something like we had in original TESIII: vampire clans. We could have like 3 or 4 vampire clans with different passives and active skills (total amount of skills and passives remains the same), creating 4 quest lines unlocking certain clans and altars working like mundus stones that allow you to switch between them.
    Each clan could have some other stuff, just an general direction (ofcourse we should get rid off some current passives to not over power vamps):
    1. Rouges clan. More damage from stealth and invisibility, increased speed while sneaking, reduced area of detection.
    Active skill 1: invisibility that reduces your movement speed by 50%
    Active skill 2: Channeled drain that is 35% stronger when started from stealth.
    2. Mages clan. More damage from magicka and elements. Magicka regen bonus...
    Active skill 1: For 10s you use your magicka instead of stamina to roll dodge, block and break free.
    Active skill 2: Channeled drain: Instead of health you drain 10% of your target magicka per second.
    3. Warriors clan. Physical and poison damage boost. Stam regen.
    Active skill 1: Stamina based cleanse that removes up to 3 negative effects just from the caster.
    Active skill 2: Channeled drain: instead of health you drain 10% of your target stamina per second.
    4. Blood clan: more or less the same what we have on live now.
    Say no to Toxic Casuals!

    Honestly some more abilities would be really nice. The vampire lord set is absolutely useless. Same with Oblivion's Foe.

    More skills to more global skill lines makes more build variety for all classes.

    I have to agree... considering they just gave Werewolf some love, I fully expect that they will be adding a 'Vampire' DLC at some point in the near future and updating the skills (and hopefully adding the ability to 'remove' the ugliness). I'd be fine if they simply allowed us the choice of what 'stage' we want our vampire to always appear. I don't mind vampire stage 1 or 2, but stage 3 and 4 just ruin it for me.

    As a werewolf player I agree - Vampires need an update now as well.
