So, today whole day my latency is 999+ ping, reseted router etc, nothing helped, dota, cs go and other online game and internet itself works perfectly, any suggestions?

Yea, don't play ESO It's not you, your computer, your router or your internet.. Just accept that you're a slave to Cyrodiil and take the abuse.

Try opening related ports but i doubt it will solve your problem

I often find it improves if I quit and log back in. But usually the first time I go into the game the lag makes it unplayable: it's a bit much when you can't even steer your character around a corner without the lag making them walk into something.

Yeah it has been bad over the past week especially in Rawl'kha

Also had latency bouncing to 500+, in bal foyen at 4 am, maybe its because of 30+ lvl 4 bots farming nodes like insane there
