Level Up reward transmute stones issue

Hey,
I am kinda pissed off because at lvl 47 (I think) you receive 50 trans stones, I took them and I didn't notice that I had already 180+ of them in inventory, the excess was lost ... Posting here so you guys won't make same mistake as I did and if anyone from @ZOS is willing pls do make them closed in special geode and give me back 30+ trans stones ....

Not really sure why there's even a cap, tbh

Put in a ticket, the gf did the same thing, didn't even notice until a few days later and they sent her back a new geode after she reported it, worth a shot. Get rid of the cap, Zos, such a dumb thing to restrict.0 -

Samething happened to me and I send them a ticket and got my 50 transmute stones. But you need to be stubborn and also be about the fact that you should have had the transmute stones and the reason you have not relates to the system itself, not you. It may took a while tho.0
