Stuck in combat, an exploit?

This bug hasn't been fixed, I spent 15 minutes waiting inside the safty of my own faction gates for 15 minutes stuck in combat. No secret combination of light attacks, dodge rolls, esc presses, talking NPCs, talking to /z helped. I wasn't in a group... how does it last for 15 minutes when I am literally standing in a area where I can't be attacked??? My best guess is someone found an exploit that they can hit you and permanently keep you in combat.
Looking for broken things in hopes they may be fixed. I've given up, my game literally works differently from yours.

✭✭✭✭Nah, the perma combat bug is also present in PvE zones, for example in dungeons when you can't go through the door because you're stuck in combat, even if there are no enemies around.1 -

✭✭Its common problem (more common on warden) in pve and pvp sometimes taking few minutes, sometimes taking 10+ minutes and sometimes taking like 30-60s but repeating back to back.
