His base regen is somewhere in the 1.8k ball park (that's with LA passives, vamp and CP) and then you add in 20% from major intellect and he also has continous attack applied which is another 20%. Magicka Recovery 2341
You can see the 20% there for Continuous - which you may have and may not. If you're bridge fighting and not capping objectives every 10 minutes you won't. The 52% skill magicka regen entry (20%LA + 10% Vamp + 2% Mage Guild = 32%) also includes a major intellect buff presumably because he's gobbling tripots on cooldown takes it to 52%. So without a pot and continuous which is quite likely then you can remove a big chunk of that 2341. It's doable but unlikely to be up all the time.

thank you very much for the detailed answer. which helps a lot , but my main concern isnt really continuous buff... I cant really tell how it goes that much high. i mean even without continuous he should be at max 1600 mag rec. i might be wrong but it is really high. anyway thank you so much for taking some of your time to analyze this
