Battle spirit health bonus, keep bonuses, scroll bonuses not working in kyne.

As the title says, battle spirit health bonus, enemy scroll bonuses,enemy keep bonuses not working in kyne. The health bonus from faction having emp is working however. I noticed last night my health was low but thought nothing of it at the time. Check on two different characters this morning.

Checked Shor also, I am recieving all bonuses in Shor, seems only kyne is broken.

Good catch Mistress. I can confirm this. Battle Spirit is just not putting the 5k health it says it does.

My health outside Kyne - 16616
Health inside Kyne - 18903 (should be 21616)
These stats are without food buffs added

With food buffs -
HP outside Kyne - 23486
HP inside Kyne - 25773

Also keep in mind that our faction has emperor right now along with many enemy keeps (so this 2k increase is probably due to that as @TipsyDrow points out)

If you have CP, your health is going to lower in Kyne and then raise the 5K. In Vivec, you would have 21K health.

Took a vet into the no CP campaign, health went up the 5k is was supposed to, scroll and keep bonuses showed as they are supposed to. None of that is happening in Kyne, Kyne is broken. Go in on a DC toon. Also checked in n cp camp on my lowbies, health was the same in both but in kyne we have emp so I should have had a little over 2k more health but don't. Kyne is broken.

Ok.....I haven't the faintest idea what is goin on now. Checked back into kyne after DC was dethroned and I now have all the bonuses. I actually have more HP now then when our faction had emp.

Figured it out when we got emp tonight and no emp bonuses are showing up. So, the bugs are as follows, no health bonus from faction having emp, no enemy scroll bonuses no enemy keep bonuses. Those are the bugs. This is for Kyne, DC faction.

@TipsyDrow , are you using food and poisons? Are you consuming that food on the poisons bar?

Not using poisons, using a drink for food buff. Everything is normal when ou faction doesn't have emp. When we emped last night though we didn't receive the faction health bonus for having emp nor the enemy keep bonus and before that we had all the scrolls and were receiving no scroll bonuses.
