Assassin's League motif impossible to acquire?

I basically need the Assassins League shoulder motif. I have searched every guild trader and all people sell are the Belts, Dagger and Axes because they spam run Kvatch Arena.

I have fought Ironfang in Garlas Agea (Gold Coast) at least 100 times and not a single motif has dropped. I think it might be bugged, unless the RNG is 0.1% drop chance?

I dont just want to get eso+ for the increase drop chance but im considering it now :/

Is this a bug or what? Because its stupid...

    Ha! I was just taking the mick. Would you be surprised if eso+ gave you increased drop rate % though? Its not like anyone knows for sure if it does!

    I cant even sell mine for 1000 gold, there must be 70+ in one of my guild banks that no one takes, just go to the vendors you will get them for a couple hundred gold max

    Random is random. Have a friend or guild mate run with you. Periodically ask in zone chat. Or shrug and move on.

    Shoulders do drop from that boss. My friend needed the page and I got it the first time I killed the boss. It’s just a case of really awful (though tbh an extreme case) bad luck. The area is rarely farmed and most the other pages sell low so it’s not common to see listings besides those that drop for the WB dailies (during Mino Chest farming I assume)

    The pages in the delves don't drop well period. Eso plus or not.

    Are you on PC? If so, I'd suggest using the TTC site to track the motif down... it doesn't seem to be especially rare. (In fact, I've got two sitting in the bank, and I have really really bad luck with RNG.)
