I think your math is a bit off.
You would need to buy 4 x 5500 Crown packs for the sale price of $39.99 x 4 = $159.96 and you get 22,000 Crowns (1,000 More than the highest pack)
21,000 Crown Pack on sale for $125.99 (Regular $179.99)
Those 1,000 extra crowns worth an extra $33.97?

I'm more curious as to why the 5500 crown pack is the same price in Canadian as it is in US currency. The 21000 pack is $125.99 CAD which is 0.59 per crown.
These are sale prices.
Normally, the 5500 pack is $49.99 CAD which is 0.91 per crown
The 21000 pack is $179.99 CAD which is 0.86 per crown.
So still a savings, just less of one (.5 cents per crown versus 1.4 cents per crown)

They must have changed it then. They probably forgot to adjust for currency originally. Hopefully some people got a good deal out of the error.1
