Question on shields

If i have inner light on my front bar and harness magicka on my back bar. If i pop harness magicka and switch to my front bar with the 7% increase magicka from inner light, will my shield get bigger on my front bar? Or does it scale off the bar you use harness magicka on? Thanks

✭Switching doesn't change from what I've seen... I have a similar setup and the shields look to stay the same.Zaghigoth- Orc Stamplar
