I craft it.. nothing happens... craft another nothing happens..
type /help.. pull up the right section to make a complain.. I cant even report it because the button is grey.

Have you "accepted" the Sealed Master Enchanting Writ as a "quest" for your character? If so, then all you need to do is deliver the glyph to Rolis Hilaalu at the Quartermaster Depot of the character's (edit) Alliance capital city (Wayrest, Elden Root, Mournhold).
Beware of coffee. Consuming six 10-ounce cups per day over several months, or perhaps a few years, will eventually have some nasty effects upon your basal metabolic rate. I cannot drink coffee or Coca Cola any more. They each contain some compound in common that causes the problem. But I can drink black tea and some other beverages which contain caffeine. ....
