A very simple suggestion for bringing some life back into IC sewers

Raise the Tel Var drop rate. I don't know by how much. Perhaps by 100%. Taking all flags above ground is 200%, and boss farming there should still be the most lucractive. The sewers shouldn't become the main attraction, but attractive enough for more people to farm there.

Nothing about the sewers rewards you compared to when IC was new. The flag bosses are tedious to solo or extremely dangerous, but there is no reward for doing so. Trove scamps are only worth it, if chasing the achievement, since you can buy Hakeijo with Tel Var. Molag Bal is a complete loss most of the time. Portals are OK. Minor bosses, even if they're easy, take more time than ordinary mobs and should reward accordingly.

The reward structures were left untouched since before the flags were put into IC and are simply out of whack. You need change nothing about the design of IC, but if the sewers rewarded you appropriately for your time, I am convinced you would get more people to go there and spread out within IC.

    Can you even run into enemy faction players in the IC sewers? I'm on Xbox NA and have never seen an enemy faction player in there.

    If you raise the Tel Var drop rate, then either the sellable value of items you can buy with it is going to drop or prices on those items have to be raised to keep pace.

    Given that ZOS is unlikely to devalue their housing storage chests any time soon, I'm not sure this solution would actually work out. Whether you let items devalue or raise prices along with the drop rate, raising the drop rate doesn't actually encourage players to come to IC.

    I don't think increased Tel Var is the answer.

    A new way to get Gold trinity (willpower /agility/endure) jewellery would be cool tho. A new fragment type or something.

    ic should be seperated from cyrodiil, should never share population, servers, entrance.
    makes it dead and makes cyro less fun(no equal numbers)

    This would lead only to mindless farm of it (if not say abuse), not to actual gameplay

    Just answer: how many fights happens in the Cyro, far from any border keeps or keep battles, kinda just in the wild or delves.
    I'll answer: veeeery rare. Even on top servers. Not even saying about low populated ones or not in the prime-time.

    ICS just acts the same: there is nothing to conquer, so very few players there. Just IC at the same servers has much more action, than related ICS.

    If they want to make IC relevant, make it so to become emperor the emp to be must visit all 6 zones and do some ritual clicky thing and then sit in a throne in one of the zones for X amount of time before empship is obtained.
