tattoo color customization

okay so I feel like we should have to ability to change to color of tattoos, im bringing this up because half the tattoos in the game dont even show up on my character, My first character currently CP 200+ is an argonian and I chose black as the skin color so my nails would appear as black, considering how it was my first character how was I supposed to know that tattoos make your character their base color? so should I have to pay 1000 crowns just to change my color so that half of the in-game tattoos show up well on my character? its a huge inconvenience and I hope that we can get this fixed somehow, anyone else bothered by this?

✭✭✭✭Instead of customizing the tattoo color, or in addition too, can we please have body effects (such as fur, scales, and freckles/scarring) be separate from body markings like glows and tattoos?
