400cp Healer looking for end game PvE guild

so i guess i should just right to the point
400 CP healer
cleared all content even vdsa (it was on console when the first game out) except trials and a few dlc dungeons I want to progress farther in that direction
Current gear set i'm running with : SPC with BSW for that extra spell damage
Been a healer since the beginning of the game
Have a full Litch set and a partially full set of worm cult
I'm also a very good listener and i will follow directions
