Invisible Siege AoEs

Ever since Summerset update enemy balista and trebuchet AoEs are totally invisible for me.
Yes, I have combat cues turned on and I can see enemy catapult AoEs just fine (even my own when I use it) but zero other siege AoEs - only catapults. I did turn off ALL my addons and this bug was still occuring. I also see all other enemies AoE effects (like caltrops etc) its just a error with balistas and trebs
