costume changes after i leave the area

I go to the costume station and change it to "no costume", it looks like i want to but when i go warp somewhere else, it changes my costume to costume 1...
how do i fix it?

I have also been experiencing this annoying phenomena.Wondering if it might be an add on causing it. Irritating as heck though.

That bug have one good thing - you can finally have tabards visible on your outfit
