My characters don’t appear on the leaderboard when they have scores and fail to receive weekly rewar

This started to happen a few weeks ago. When doing veteran weekly rials on my characters and setting scores, some of them were disappearing from the leaderboard and i couldn’t receive the weekly rewards at end end of the week
