Anyway to Reset skill points in Summerset?

I was morphing one of my skills and I accidentally turned it into the wrong skill. Is there a way to reset it in summerset?

Yes there is a Church/ Chapel you can go to the Shrine of Stendarr and change them, its up near the Wayshrine in Alinor.
