If the XBox sales process offers an "oops" facility, and you purchased through that, then use that.
If you purchased direct from ZOS, then contact their support.
Critically important, though, is what you absolutely should not do under any circumstances here: if you contact your bank and revoke payment for these crowns, you will almost certainly end up with an account ban, and probably be unable to get that reverted, ever.
It looks like what happens with stolen credit cards, messes with the fees ZOS pay for credit card processing, and generally causes them (like every other company that touches credit card payments) an enormous pile of pain, which is why they treat it pretty harshly.
