Accidently bought an extra crown pack

If the XBox sales process offers an "oops" facility, and you purchased through that, then use that.

If you purchased direct from ZOS, then contact their support.

Critically important, though, is what you absolutely should not do under any circumstances here: if you contact your bank and revoke payment for these crowns, you will almost certainly end up with an account ban, and probably be unable to get that reverted, ever.

It looks like what happens with stolen credit cards, messes with the fees ZOS pay for credit card processing, and generally causes them (like every other company that touches credit card payments) an enormous pile of pain, which is why they treat it pretty harshly.

I do not see any opps feature and the ingame ticket thing is not even working on xbox. I feel like I am pulling teeth.

Just a headsup, Some US companies (EA f.ex.) view charge backs (I'm assuming 'reverting the charge' is a charge back) as a breach of their terms and legitimate reason to ban your user account.

No idea what MS or ZOS' views are on this action.

Contact Microsoft support. I did this and they fully refunded it.

Follow advice above; whatever you do,do not do a 'charge back' that will be a ban until it's sorted.
