He has a chance to spawn in either Arena or Temple - Both answers are correct.

Your best bet is to bounce between those 2 districts. I believe the bosses are on a 5minute timer(?), but i could be wrong on that part.

I think its abit longer. With a 4man group circling districts you can easily outkill the boss spawn rate, if you spend around 2mins in each district.

Is there a timer on these bosses, or do they spawn immediately after you kill one?

I've farmed them before in a group but that was a long time ago. Any insights would be appreciated.

Yeah, it may be somewhere around the 8-10 minute mark.. Really not sure

It spawns in arena and I sat right next to the boss spawn point. I had to wait through 5 or 7 spawns of the other one before Glorgloch spawned.

It feels more like 8-10 mins around there, from personal experience.

I've never seen him spawn in Temple, but I did kill him three times last night exclusively in Arena.

Generally it's:
Arena - Glorgoloch/King Khrogo
Temple - Charr/Mazaluhad
Arboretum - Malygda/Ysenda
Nobles - Amoncrul/Baron Thirsk
Memorial - Nunatak/Volghass
Elven Gardens - Zoal/Screeching Matron

I know I've butchered half of those names, because I can't remember the others.

To solve out all rumors right here, he spawns ONLY IN ARENA DISTRICT with a 50% chance (other boss here is King Khrogo). His spawn point is next to the district flag, and he patrols whole main street.

The reason why there is confusion, is because the boss spawns have been changed some years ago.
He used to spawn in the temple district. But since a few years, he will spawn in the Arena district alongside King Crocodile of Khrogo.
