New Jester Mount Suggestion

Hey there folks!
Yesterday i was thinking about something hilarious: a jester themed mount!
Why not making something nice for the next Jester Festival like a horse wearing a cape, a mantle in line with the jester costume? What would make that horse really special is that when pressing spacebar it should laugh in this way:

Just immagine it: you are riding your joker horse and then you mock your unaware interlocutor with your horse bending and shaking his head in a loud laugh!
I am picturing it in my mind right now and a grin is capturing my face!
