Can I access Summerset PTS with only the base game?

Hello! I'm a console player looking to make an account for PC so that I can test out furnishings for the Alinor Crest Townhouse. Would I be able to access that part of the game by only buying the base game? Thank you for your help!

✭✭✭You can't play Summerset on PTS unless you own it on Live. The option to buy takes you out just like in live, and there is no crown version. The only exception was during the closed beta, everyone invited had it.
That said you can still buy the Home via crown store on PTS for 3 crowns(you are given 5500 per day iirc) and still go to the home. Chapters/DLC aren't required for homes bought with crowns.Runs| Orc Nightblade • Chim-el Adabal| Dunmer Templar • M'air the Honest| Khajiit Templar

✭✭Before it came out you could access it for the first month on the PTS but you lost access 2 weeks before release since people had early access.
I was on the PTS for both Morrwind and Summmerset without owning them at the time.0 -
