With the change in Summerset, allowing for 2 handed weapons and staves to count for 2 pieces of a set, I believe that there is a built-in advantage for characters who utilize those weapons, mostly in the form of upgrade costs. Upgrading a lightning staff for example only takes 8 Rosin to make it Legendary, but counts as two pieces of the set, whereas somebody upgrading daggers has to spend 16 Tempering Alloys to upgrade their weapons for the same 2 pieces of the set. When staves and 2-handed weapons only counted as 1 piece of the set, this made sense, but now that they count as 2 pieces, I believe that the cost to upgrade these weapons should be doubled (so instead of 2-3-4-8 to upgrade, it should be 4-6-8-16)
