PVP Queue

Is there a legitimate reason why we have 500+ queues to play a game? I am not technical in this area, but wouldn't some type of instancing allow for people to use the game the way it is marketed? Not only does it lead to frustration, but to people using certain means to stay in Cyrodill even when not playing.

Its Midyear Mayhem and a lot of people want to play that campaign?

I recommend playing on one of the less populated campaigns while waiting for your queue to pop.

Yeah, I know its an event. My question was why didn't they prepare for it capacity wise?


There is no less populated -- they were all full fyi.

There is no less populated -- they were all full fyi.

Because their preparation, this year and last year, was opening more campaigns. It works decently well for making sure everyone can PVP, but if you want to PVP on the major campaigns like Vivec or Sotha Sil, be prepared for a long queue. They dont, apparently, have the ability to support more people on individual campaigns, hence opening new ones.

If all of the campaigns have that high of a queue, I'd expect ZOS to look at adding another 7 day no CP or CP campaign as needed.
