Login/disconnect issues

I keep getting login time outs and when I finally make it to the character select screen I get a check my internet error. When I finally make it out line I get immediately disconnected. This started about a week ago and I've never had this issue before. No new hardware, I've ran the repair utility so clearly judging from others on the forums and social media ZOS has a issue on the PC side not just on PlayStation.
