Ghost / Spectral Skin Or Cosmetics?

I know the mage skill has a toggle called Inner Light that gives the hands and eyes a white ghostly glow. Are there any stamina skills like this? I am considering a Stamina DW build but still want to have the look of a Wraith build. I am between Sorc and NB for which one i want to use for my Stamina build. Before I picked a class I was hoping to fill my theme of Wraith / Hunter. I liek the Bosmer armor set, the bones and primal theme of their cultural gear. Are there any skins I can get that give a Ghostly look? I prefer skins and no Polymorph so I can set my gear how I like it to look lol. I am looking for the Ghostly white, Greenish, Teal/Aqua type colors to go with a Wraith / Ghost type theme. I am hoping I can just buy it with Crowns or get it in solo play. Any skins that alter eyes to a ghostly color are what I seek and any Stamina skills that keep the eyes and/or hands like Inner Light should help as well!
