I don;t think the server is actually because if you are already logged into the game you can still play and that is probably why there is not a lot of attention about this yet but wait until more people try to log in and then the complaining will really start!!

It is very annoying though because I don't even think Zos knows there even is an issue yet... customer service is just some bot named Rob or Joe or Frank.

Well I've not been able to log in since 1700 yesterday, 14 hours ago and they have still not even acknowledged the issue, horrendous service. Do they not realise that information even if it's just "sorry we're aware there's a problem and we're working on it" is better than leaving us all thinking they really can't be bothered.

I couldn't last night but did ten minutes ago just fine. Lucky as if id missed the Golden id have been narked especially as Console already got the shaft with Spinners.

Deleted your local save game cache? I had done that, matter of course after every update / crash now feels like it helps.

I haven't been able to log in since 19:00 yesterday, still couldn't this morning... No word from ZOS at all???

This kind of thing is why I no longer sub, not failure itself as sometimes things go wrong but the complete lack of information or effort.

A lot of my guild couldn't get in last night either, was on my own for traders. By the time I'd ported to 3-4 different places it was 10 minutes after so had to settle for an Outlaw refuge

I opened up a ticket last night and got a response sometime when I was asleep that they are aware of the issue and are working on trying to fix it and then they would put up a banner once it was resolved. I don't see a banner yet so I imagine people are still having issues.

Anyways.. for those who are still having issues please try this -

Clear your game save file and then clear your xbox cache.

To clear the xbox cache hold in the power button for about 10 seconds until the xbox powers down and then unplug your xbox from its power source for about 2 minutes, after 2 minutes you can then plug it back in and hopefully when you start up the game hopefully you can log into the Xbox EU server.

For myself this morning I was able to log in straight away on my xbox one original but my fiances xbox one x I had to complete the steps above a couple of times.
