LifenLemons✭✭✭Well this particular one had no achievement to it. It's a trophy, Heart of the Indrik. I got it in a bag on a far end of summerset and it made my toon almost faint. But now its in my inventory just sitting there along with Fan of false face, lantern of lies, pillow of sweet dreams, and s Telvayn tomb rubbing

TheCyberDruid✭✭✭✭✭Follow the main quest in Summerset and you'll get to a different zone where you can find a 'museum' for those pieces. You want to check the ruins in that new zone.1
