I run this
5x Elegance (3 armor, infused inferno staff)
5x Lich (3 armor, infused restoration staff)
1x Shadowrend
3x Willpower jewelry
All Divines
Atronach Stone
Max Magicka 42k
Magicka Recovery 1750
Spell Damage 2553
The purpose of this build is to hit the enemy with a Curse, proc frags, then go into Overload, animation cancel the Rune Prison, then hit with a frag and Overload at the same time, while they are trapped in the rune prison.
Critiques would be great

Okay, sure.
- You are doing jack all to actually stack damage, so your overload will hit roughly where mine does at 8-10k.
- You cannot launch a procced frag and overload at the same time.
- Animation cancelling run cage does not allow your next skill to come out faster.
- Baring some laggy mess, people can break free and dodge your attacks. I mean sure, you'll do decent damage in an Xv1 scenario, but if you are even slightly outnumbered by players of similar or better skill then you are basically helpless and won't be able to burst or pressure them much with this strat.
- why not just put curse on your overload? You are going to hate this build in lag... so pretty much in cyrodiil.
- Hope you enjoy fighting reflect builds.
