Knock it Off with the voice chat glitch

This game is broken fix the F%^%$ voice chat glitch. Stop releasing new content, stop doing holiday events until you can get the game actually working. A good portion of us can't even play on the ps4 because of this stupid voice chat glitch that either completely knocks out voice chat channels or continues to rejoin a chat channel until the game crashes. The game is NOT PLAYABLE. What will it take ? to fix your product? Maybe, you genuinely don't want our business. That voice chat glitch should not be there. The fact that ZOS is mentioning new DLC with these problems going on is disheartening.

The Double AP scroll for me is also disabling all AP gains while the buff is on, and this also happened to other people i spoke to a couple of days ago,that was when the game was playable. ZOS cut the crap. What do we have to do? Quit? support tickets never ever lead to any resolution except to just blaming the player for user error. Let me play the F#%#$ game I F$%#% paid for. JERKS.

I know the voice chat does glitch very hard on xbox systems and can potentially brick your mic so others can't hear you but you can hear them. I've had to do all the series of tests that xbox support gives me for fixing it, from what I can tell it only does this from eso... no other game does this. I like eso but it has mic issues. That and the "force you to be put into area chat" is annoying... we should not be forced to join a chat unless it is a dungeon from game mechanics.

the chat trying to rejoin channel and failing and then doing it so much that it crashes or that it bricks your mic and doesnt allow you to talk to anyone voice wise.

PS4 here..
I notice when you join a battleground, it automatically puts you in voice chat. It also doesn't turn off when you leave, but puts you in zone voice chat.
Been running battlegrounds lately maybe?
If so, that's the culprit.
