PC EU currently unable to connect (stuck in Cyro)

Was about to sneak my path to blue gate for obtaining the final shard when the entire pvp process was frozen for 2 mins and then the game crashed. Currently able to login in but unable to connect to Cyro, cause the game launches Cyro when logging in...
The game says "connection error" and throws to menu screen.... (((
