Does damage listed on items reflect your CHAMPION POINTS?

Hey!
When you have champion points that give you +14% in shock damage (for example), when you are looking at the damage listed on each item, does that damage reflect that bonus, or do you have to do the math in your head?

DoonerSeraph✭✭✭✭Yes. A simple example would be "Iceheart" and "Bastion" CP. Thats shield size but you can clearly see that when you have points in Bastion, shield size in Iceheart gets increased past the original 8000
