Trove scamps, why were the spawn rate not increased for the event?

I was in the sewers for 3 hours, can't even find one. I was with another random and only encountered a few blues in their territory, so it isn't like tehy were all taken either. they are just so low rng to spawn.

Yeah the new Imperial city achievements added to midyear this year was a bad call in my view. The achievements are not fun to get at the best of times let alone during a pvp event as other players can gank etc....plus as you said spending 3 hours trying to find one....is just lame. They did need to increase the amount.....not saying to should be roll over easy, but spending days trying to get this achievement just sucks ass...

I went to IC just to get it and got it in minutes. You just need to know where they spawn and wait a little.

Pick up some chests and they will spawn.

they spawn every 15 mins in 3 seperate places in the map on each side of the sewers. where it spawns is purely luck.

IIRC one of the factions side had a spawn that was virtually impossible to kill the scamp at. It appears and then leaves almost instantly. At least that was the case a year or so ago.
