I haven't been able to find any on TTC, and while I haven't tried farming for it yet, I'd just like to know before I do. Does it drop destro staves?

✭A good place to farm is close to aldcroft there is a dolmen and a world boss right next to each other. And there is almost always many people farming there.
I got two inferno staves this evening in the public dungeon on my PC EU Templar. Yes they are out there.Edited by phileunderx2 on July 29, 2018 3:34AM1
