Veteran Aetherian Archive - The Mage: Conjured Reflections not despawning

When: Last Boss, The Mage, at 15% Health it slams the ground 2-3 times signalling the beginning of the execute phase
Everytime?: I'd say 50% of the time.
What happens: The Mage reaches 15% Health and slams the ground but the Conjured Reflections that are alive sometimes stay alive and sometimes are destroyed. This is very inconsistent.
What is meant to happen: In the past these Conjured Reflections would always despawn/disappear once the Mage slammed the floor the 1st time.
Since when has this been happening: Since Morrowind(?) launch.
