[Suggestion] How to fix Dwarven Furniture problems

1. Drastically reduce the number of Frames needed to 1 for green/blue and 2 for purple
2. Add purple Dwarven Furniture Documents for vouchers (20 maybe?) because some of the purple plans are so rare we see only a couple a year on stores and it is nearly impossible to farm due to the extremely low chance of getting a plan, let alone the one you are missing!

✭✭✭✭✭Add clockwork city pipes to be used as well. Dwemer ruins in vvardenfell use clockwork assets such as the higher poly pipes and they are great.
