Veteran Hel Ra Citadel - Final door to last boss triggers an infinite loading screen

When: Player uses the final door which leads into the Warrior's final boss arena.
Everytime?: Nope but every few runs the door will not grant entry to a player.
What happens: Player uses the door but then endures an infinite loading screen which (in theory) would never end. This usually causes them to crash their game & re-login.
What is meant to happen: Players should feel safe using doors in time trials and are entered immediately losing no time or hair in the process.
Since when has this been happening: Since Craglorn launch. Someone called Glenn quit the game because of this bug. We miss you Glenn.
