Veteran Asylum Sanctorium - Olms the Just: Jumps only Once or Twice

When: Olms the Just casts Storm the Heavens ability.
Everytime?: Yep everytime.
What happens: Olms casts Storm but stays on the ground. It looks like he wants to fly up but then changes his mind and remains close to the ground semi-floating.
What is meant to happen: In the past Olms would fly up high into the air and do his usual animation for Storm the Heavens.
Since when has this been happening: Since Summerset.

Kilnerdyne✭✭✭✭✭Many times now Olms will reach 90%/75%/50%/25% and only do 1 Jump, or 2 Jumps; instead of the usual 4. We've learnt to handle it but this doesn't seem intended.0
