Veteran Dragonstar Arena - Enemies casting same ability multiple times quickly

When: (1st stage) Champion Marcuald healing circle, (4th stage) Earthen Heart Knight igneous shield, (7th stage) Dark Mage crystal frags, (8th stage) Mavus Talmirth heatwave to only name a few.
Everytime?: Nope. For example Marcauld & the Mage rarely do it i'd say 1 in 10 runs. However Earthen Heart Knight & Mavus are both doing it regularly.
What happens: Each Boss (and some mobs) have signature moves they can use. These abilities can happen once twice or even three times in a row within only a few seconds.
What is meant to happen: In the past these abilities have a short interval of 10, 20 sometimes 30seconds inbetween them.
Since when has this been happening: Since a few weeks (or since Summerset).

✭✭✭✭✭Personally I noticed something up with speed of enemy attacks in multiple trials. The suneaters in vmol are casting right after each other. The flame shapers in vhrc are casting faster then usual especially on top boss.0
