Veteran Dragonstar Arena - Hiath the Battlemaster invisible

When: Last boss Hiath the Battlemaster.
Everytime?: Nope, only happened twice.
What happens: The Boss went into Cloak and never reappeared. He could still attack us however we could not damage him at all.
What is meant to happen: Boss comes out of Cloak into an attack onto the player currently with agro.
Since when has this been happening: Only twice but it could have been happening since the start of Craglorn.
