Suggestion to better balance ESO

I think that the vast majority of people can agree that the current method of balancing the game doesn't work well at all, the method being some small, often terrible, changes every 3 months. Most of us know that the game isn't balanced, but the problems with balance always find their way onto the forums one way or another. A suggestion to improve these issues is pretty obvious, try small balance changes more frequently, every 2-3 weeks would allow Zenimax to get feedback from us and change things accordingly.
Let me know what you people think.

First, we need time to play in the stable predictable situation, not adjust something every 2 weeks.

Another point - for me as developer (I am working on another game) forums are last thing I am checking. I look into statistics which cover 100% of my customers, not active forum dwellers. Guess what? It is pretty different.

And most important thing - what balance you are talking about? PvP? High end PVE? Casuals with CP<300? New players? Crafting? I am absolutely sure that majority of players find game pretty balanced.

PvP is where the most balance issues are shown, high end PvE usually is balanced pretty well.

No mmo that has ever used the same skills in pve and pvp has ever had a balanced game.

No gaming company has ever been able to do it yet for some reason all copy each others errors.

Its a game design error many mmos make including wow.

Pvp balance would require a pvp only skill book or pvp skill tree that is only activated in pvp areas. Then tuned properly and carefully calculated.

In the thousands of hours they spent on pvp balance they could've written a system game design fix such as a pvp only skill tree for each class.

This would fix pve gameplay greatly and make pve better for everyone so our pve skills aren't changing constantly because of pvp.
