The ESO launcher, if linked to a Steam account, appears to seize the links presented in the preview window on the right side of the launcher, redirecting clicks on these items to the Steam crown store -- clicking on either "New Costume Available Now', 'New Mount, Limited Time Only', or 'Morrowind DLC -- Available in the Crown Store' takes you to the steanpowered.com page for buying crowns, not to anything informational about the preview items.
